Description

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new and expansion opportunities across new and existing accounts.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Develop and present merchandise strategies and program recommendations aligned to client brand objectives.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Guide customers through the full sales and order process from initial conversation through final delivery.
  • Capture and apply customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Source cost-effective, high-quality promotional products through distributor and supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms while maintaining long-term vendor partnerships.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and introduce new products, capabilities, and materials to the team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Product teams on complex custom orders.
  • Mentor team members and share promotional products expertise and creative selling strategies.
  • Contribute to process improvements that make workflows more efficient and scalable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the promotional products industry, strongly preferred on the distributor side.
  • Experience in consultative sales and pipeline management.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, pipelines, and relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience leveraging distributor and supplier relationships to source printing and promotional products.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer goals before responding with strategic guidance.
  • English as a first language; additional languages are a plus.
