Description

  • Analyze user behavior across Futures, Options, TradFi perpetuals, and Loan products across the full lifecycle from onboarding to churn.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for business performance and key user metrics.
  • Conduct product-specific deep dives on trading strategies, leverage, liquidation, options trends, TradFi attribution, and loan flows.
  • Identify and segment high-value users and model trading lifetime value, credit behavior, and strategy classification.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across trading and lending systems, and resolve metric discrepancies and anomalies.
  • Support business, product, risk, and compliance teams with ad hoc analyses, A/B test evaluation, and impact assessments.
  • Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for futures, options, TradFi, and loan datasets.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, finance, operations, and compliance stakeholders to define metrics and standardize reporting.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience in at least one relevant domain: futures/derivatives trading, options products, TradFi financial products, or lending/consumer finance.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R.
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of user lifecycle analytics across financial products.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-timezone environment.
  • Familiarity with crypto products across perpetual futures, USDC-margined options, TradFi perpetuals, and crypto lending is preferred.
  • Experience with credit scoring, risk modeling, trading flow analysis, or market microstructure is preferred.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, time-series forecasting, or quantitative/ML techniques is preferred.
  • Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital asset platform, traditional brokerage, or fintech with multi-product capabilities is preferred.
