Description

  • Deliver live virtual onboarding sessions for new and existing customers across multiple user groups.
  • Tailor training delivery to audience skill levels, goals, and feedback.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding-related questions during the training period.
  • Own post-training follow-up communication and related customer touchpoints.
  • Manage customers through the onboarding process by scheduling trainings, following up on meetings, and checking in regularly.
  • Coordinate occasional onsite training visits across the United States, with travel up to 35% of work days per month.
  • Monitor learner engagement and outcomes to refine training approaches and improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with Program Manager and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs after onboarding.
  • Create systems that support customer knowledge retention and a strong customer experience.
  • Develop and improve the scope and sequence of skills for core functions and additional features.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, onboarding, implementation, or PK-12 teaching role.
  • Experience running virtual trainings, live demos, or classrooms with professionalism and clarity.
  • Ability to adapt teaching style quickly and handle changing situations effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple accounts and many sessions per day.
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to test, measure, and improve what is not working.
  • Highly empathetic approach that meets learners where they are and guides them forward.
  • Alignment with a collaborative, mission-driven environment and passion for education.
  • Ability to embody the company’s values.
  • Preferred experience building differentiated education systems for learners across varying levels.
  • Preferred history of producing successful learner outcomes in a program you designed.
  • A sense of humor and willingness to keep the work enjoyable.
