Description

  • Own a portfolio of district relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts.
  • Manage onboarding and training experiences that support lasting adoption across district operations.
  • Lead renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities when appropriate.
  • Monitor account health and intervene early to mitigate churn risk.
  • Build trusted relationships with transportation directors, district administrators, and operations teams.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and use data to guide customer conversations and next steps.
  • Coach district staff through change and help them get value from the platform.
  • Use tools and prioritization methods to manage multiple accounts without missing follow-through.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or SaaS implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio and driving retention.
  • K–12 or public sector experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort and availability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Ability to run effective meetings, ask strong questions, and build trust with varied stakeholders.
  • Ability to work proactively and take ownership of customer outcomes.
  • Comfort using tools and data to prioritize work and stay organized across a portfolio.
