Description

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and edit commercial agreements, primarily sales and procurement contracts.
  • Administer and optimize the Legal Team’s contract lifecycle management platform, including DocuSign IAM.
  • Support CLM implementation, enhancements, and ongoing workflow improvements.
  • Administer the Legal Sales database using DocuSign IAM, Microsoft Office Suite, and related applications.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, Security, and other teams on contract process automation and negotiation support.
  • Manage assigned agreements through the full contracting process from intake to execution and implementation.
  • Support third-party questionnaires, compliance requests, and internal compliance matters, including data privacy and ethics.
  • Assist with corporate governance and entity management activities, including filings and policy management.
  • Maintain Legal Team files, procedures, and contract administration records.
  • Support sales teams in completing and executing the contract process.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience negotiating agreements and supporting compliance, privacy, or corporate governance projects in an in-house or law firm setting.
  • Experience with commercial agreements such as sales, procurement, and content licensing/distribution.
  • Hands-on experience administering or configuring a CLM platform, with DocuSign IAM strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing or improving legal workflows, automations, or intake systems.
  • Experience supporting privacy operations such as DSARs, customer inquiries, and privacy questionnaires.
  • Experience supporting compliance programs such as SOC 2, data protection, and provider sanction review.
  • Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or JD candidates preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, and JIRA experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
