Description

  • Conduct client interviews and manage case files.
  • Draft and file legal documents.
  • Perform legal research to support case work.
  • Assist with trial preparation.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling.
  • Coordinate client communications.
  • Work closely with the Founder/CEO and legal team on sensitive client matters.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a paralegal, with family law experience preferred.
  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Studies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with MyCase or a similar legal case management system preferred.
  • Ability to work 25 hours per week initially, with the goal of transitioning to full-time.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday during one of the listed BRT shift options.
