Description

  • Build and scale a global network of partner clinics that can deliver the Immortals Concierge service locally.
  • Design and execute the Blueprint Authorized licensing framework, including operating playbooks, branding guidelines, and financial models.
  • Identify, vet, negotiate with, and onboard international clinic partners while ensuring cultural alignment.
  • Translate U.S. medical protocols into a global knowledge ecosystem with training certifications and digital sharing platforms.
  • Implement auditing processes and Medical Excellence KPIs to maintain consistent, evidence-based standards across all licensed clinics.
  • Build and moderate a global community of clinic leaders to share best practices and accelerate protocol improvement.
  • Partner on market-specific patient acquisition strategies and manage the cross-border referral network.
  • Bridge scientific standards and international operations so patients receive the same level of care across global locations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in international operations, scaling high-end service networks, or clinical licensing models.
  • Proven track record of building a brand internationally and negotiating international IP or licensing contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes from scratch in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment.
  • Strong technical and medical literacy, including ability to oversee knowledge-sharing, patient management, and customer-facing systems.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical operations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the longevity, functional medicine, or precision medicine space is preferred.
  • Experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) service models or luxury medical concierge is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing, diverse, cross-cultural teams.
  • Ability to translate operational knowledge into repeatable systems, training, and leadership structures.
  • Ability to manage complex contract negotiations and maintain operational alignment across markets.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $195,000-$250,000.
