Description

  • Build and execute prospect-focused lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push in Iterable.
  • Own day-to-day execution of lead nurture and prospect engagement sequences.
  • Own trial-to-conversion programs, abandoned flow re-engagement, and promotional/time-sensitive offer campaigns.
  • Create and maintain journeys, triggers, and recurring campaigns with strong attention to detail.
  • Partner with growth, design, and CX to ensure messaging is timely, persuasive, and on-brand.
  • QA campaigns thoroughly, including logic, personalization, rendering, links, and timing.
  • Monitor funnel performance and report on prospect metrics such as open rate, CTR, trial starts, and conversion rate.
  • Support A/B testing across subject lines, content, offers, timing, and segmentation.
  • Document and improve prospect lifecycle best practices and templates as the program scales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience with a focus on prospect or acquisition marketing.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Iterable experience required, including journeys, triggers, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Iterable experience is a must-have requirement for this role.
  • Strong understanding of prospect segmentation, lead scoring, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Comfort working with funnel data to identify gaps and optimize conversion rates.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong QA instincts.
  • Clear, persuasive writing style that balances urgency with a warm, trustworthy brand voice.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • A bias toward action and a willingness to ship, learn, and iterate.
  • Nice to have: experience in subscription, DTC, or consumer health/wellness.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with growth experimentation frameworks and prospect lifecycle measurement.
  • Nice to have: HTML knowledge for email troubleshooting.
  • Nice to have: experience collaborating with paid growth or product marketing teams.
  • Must be located in the US for this fully remote role.
