Description

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan for geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the broader skeletal dysplasia landscape to engage healthcare professionals in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
  • Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges.
  • Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in partnership with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
  • Collaborate across the organization with an “One Bridge” mindset to execute company initiatives and represent BridgeBio with integrity.
  • Maintain strong selling skills, clinical knowledge, market knowledge, product knowledge, and understanding of the territory business environment.
  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and Pharma guidelines.
  • Adjust priorities and develop solutions when business challenges arise, demonstrating flexibility and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and cross-functional partners to support a successful product launch.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech roles.
  • 4+ years of experience in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia required.
  • Experience in achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease is highly preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proven success launching products into competitive or new markets.
  • Experience creating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
  • Experience analyzing complex accounts, building strategy, and driving implementation to deliver measurable impact.
  • Strong communication, influence, accountability, sound judgment, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability with AI-powered tools and technologies.
