Description

  • Meet and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the scientific and clinical information for Encaleret and ADH1.
  • Engage healthcare customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
  • Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and territory risks.
  • Own territory business planning and execute key company initiatives.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with targeted healthcare providers, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions as needed.
  • Maintain strong proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market knowledge, and product knowledge.
  • Represent BridgeBio professionally and ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in endocrine disease and/or nephrology.
  • Rare disease experience is highly preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Product or indication launch experience in highly competitive and/or new markets.
  • Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute against a plan.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to use remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze business opportunities.
  • Large geography coverage with significant travel required.
  • Experience in a field-based role in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts, ideally based in New Haven, CT or Boston, MA.
