Description

  • Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles across recruiting platforms, creative communities, portfolio sites, and professional social networks.
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized, thoughtful outreach.
  • Partner with recruiters and design leaders to define candidate profiles, craft standards, and pipeline priorities.
  • Support evaluation of design portfolios, including craft quality, systems thinking, and user-centered design.
  • Track sourcing metrics such as response rates, pipeline conversion, and diversity indicators to improve strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
  • Support employer branding efforts within the design community through social engagement and event participation.
  • Contribute to improved sourcing processes, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience sourcing or recruiting for design roles, including Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership.
  • Strong sourcing experience with AI tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and other talent networks.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate design portfolios, craft quality, and user-centered thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for candidate engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sourcing performance and improve strategy.
  • Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent sourcing.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building design pipelines across multiple geographies, such as the US, Canada, or LATAM, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence, talent mapping, or compensation benchmarking for design roles is a plus.
  • Experience supporting employer branding or talent marketing initiatives within the design community is a plus.
  • Prior experience sourcing for high-growth technology companies or startups is a plus.

Benefits

  • Expected base salary range of $108,819 to $142,380.
  • Equity and other forms of compensation may be included in the total compensation package.
  • Hybrid work model with a New York office base and at least three coordinated in-office days per week.
  • Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
