Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to close new business through technical discovery, tailored demos, solution design, and objection handling.
  • Own the technical strategy for complex integration requirements and enterprise use cases.
  • Ensure a clean handoff to onboarding teams with clear technical documentation.
  • Capture product gaps, competitive insights, and lost-MRR drivers as the voice of the customer.
  • Quantify the revenue impact of customer feedback and share structured insights with Product Management.
  • Contribute to roadmap discussions and feature prioritization.
  • Strengthen sales team technical capabilities through training, documentation, and best-practice sharing.
  • Create and maintain technical sales assets such as demo scripts, integration guides, and battle cards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience supporting mid-market and enterprise sales cycles with €5K–€15K MRR.
  • Strong technical foundation in marketing automation, APIs, integrations, and data architecture.
  • Knowledge of REST/GraphQL, OAuth, and web protocols.
  • Ability to design end-to-end technical solutions across CRM, CMS, POS, and third-party platforms.
  • CDP experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to partner with Account Executives and support multiple deals in parallel while driving high win rates.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for technical and executive audiences.
  • Engineering or business degree with strong technical aptitude preferred.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
