Description

  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on fire products for customers and company employees.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
  • Train technical staff at distributors and dealers to improve their product and technology knowledge.
  • Provide technical consultation and support for key clients based on customer needs.
  • Perform market research and compare competitor products and solutions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Test new product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on product and customer support activities.
  • Support the sales team by following up on leads in the company portal.
  • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of professional experience in security systems.
  • Working knowledge of intrusion, IP CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Experience installing or designing CCTV, intrusion, or other security systems.
  • Public speaking experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Availability to travel for business around Greece and Cyprus.
  • An outgoing personality and ability to work independently.
