Description

  • Own the internal link structure and hub-and-spoke site architecture across the website and blog.
  • Manage 301 redirects, canonical tags, URL strategy, and schema markup.
  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues such as broken links, 404s, mixed content, hreflang errors, and crawl issues.
  • Run ongoing technical audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Work with developers and HubSpot to implement fixes and verify resolution.
  • Develop and execute backlink strategies through PMS partner relationships and industry publications.
  • Manage outreach for comparison and alternative pages and monitor referring domains.
  • Build keyword-optimized content briefs and own the optimization layer for writers and subject matter experts.
  • Manage the content calendar, prioritization pipeline, refresh cycles, and publishing workflow.
  • Maintain keyword maps, run quarterly content gap analyses, and identify new top-of-funnel opportunities.
  • Set up and maintain rank tracking and GA4 conversion goal reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in SEO, content operations, or a combined digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or an equivalent tool.
  • Comfortable using HubSpot CMS for publishing, managing blog posts, and working with custom modules.
  • Ability to read data and make prioritization decisions independently.
  • Experience with Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or equivalent crawl tooling (nice to have).
  • Experience with Clearscope, Surfer SEO, or Frase (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with AirOps or similar AI content workflow tools (nice to have).
  • Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working remotely, with eligibility to work in the US or Spain and in the listed U.S. states.
