Description

  • Develop integrated demand generation programs aligned to audience themes and the buying cycle to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the EMEA sales team to strengthen communication, process, and lead quality feedback loops.
  • Execute regional field marketing campaigns across trade shows, owned events, email, direct marketing, webinars, and other lead generation channels.
  • Measure, manage, and optimize campaign performance, including lead generation, lead conversion, and sales cycle conversion metrics.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategy in collaboration with other marketing teams.
  • Develop and refine marketing conversion paths to improve MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and revenue from leads.
  • Use sales and marketing data to expand and adapt campaigns based on insights and industry benchmarks.
  • Own the planning and execution of content and messaging for field marketing initiatives.
  • Support B2B lead generation efforts with a hands-on, end-to-end approach.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing, PR, or business.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
  • Experience with event marketing, content marketing, multi-touch campaigns, demand generation, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and inbound/outbound marketing tactics.
  • Experience working closely with sales development representatives and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure lead quality.
  • Strong understanding of lead handoff from marketing to sales and how to optimize it.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively across internal and external teams.
  • Experience in the software industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating innovative content and campaigns that exceed target goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of AEM, Eloqua, and SFDC, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and creative skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B event planning and management.
  • Must already be based in the country of employment.
