Description

  • Deliver content across email marketing, website, and push channels in multiple languages.
  • Plan, upload, and manage content in Adobe Experience Manager and other relevant platforms.
  • Review client feedback and make required amendments to content.
  • Digest Excel inputs and convert them into actionable tasks.
  • Track project status and provide daily status reports to the Project Manager.
  • Plan and schedule projects efficiently while managing timing on the job.
  • Communicate progress with the Project Manager and Development Lead according to account processes.
  • Verify project outputs against objectives and maintain quality control.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
  • Handle administration tasks and perform image cropping and resizing for correct dimensions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Web Content Manager.
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Fluent proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, used daily.
  • Working knowledge of Jira.
  • Excellent understanding of CMS platforms.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic Photoshop skills to support image resizing.
