Description

  • Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS and ATS platforms such as Sage People and Greenhouse.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and employee transfers.
  • Assist with compliance, data protection, employment authorization, background checks, and payroll administration.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and respond to HR inquiries through ManageEngine while meeting established SLAs.
  • Apply HR policies and procedures and provide employees with accurate information.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and audit-ready records.
  • Support benefits administration, performance management activities, and ad hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with the People & Talent Ops team on daily HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in Human Resources.
