Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 20-25 clients across a wide variety of industries.
  • Build strong client relationships and develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and objectives.
  • Consult on, develop, and maintain multi-faceted content marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Research, interpret, and present statistical and ROI reporting to demonstrate strategy performance.
  • Create statements of work and help sell new strategies to support client business objectives and account growth.
  • Collaborate with editorial, graphics, video, social media, and web integration teams to execute content initiatives.
  • Manage multiple initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Support revenue retention and organic growth through strong account management and strategic planning.
  • Travel to visit clients in person when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management and/or content marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the latest content marketing and SEO strategy trends.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices for content presentation and optimization.
  • Phenomenal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how businesses make decisions and generate revenue.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, web analytics, social media strategy, digital marketing consulting, and project management.
  • Remote candidates must be based in Western Canada.
