Description

  • Assist with deliverable tracking and status updates across project management platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Set up projects and manage dates for client scopes of work in Brafton’s Atlas PM platform.
  • Perform basic quality assurance and asset review at different stages of production.
  • Support mass project updates related to monthly resource planning.
  • Attend internal meetings and follow up on next steps as an embedded project management stakeholder.
  • Provide ad hoc project support, including copy input for client publishing and process documentation.
  • Use AI tools to help with translations, documentation, and task execution.
  • Research and test AI tools to improve task efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Experience with multiple project management software/platforms such as Asana, Wrike, HIVE, or Jira.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong people skills, time management, and multitasking ability.
  • Experience with quality assurance and asset review.
  • Ability to work independently during standard local business hours.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and software and adapt quickly.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or NotebookLM is a plus.
