Description

  • Achieve planned Braeburn goals, patient access objectives, and other performance measures for the assigned geography.
  • Deliver clinical product information and access-related information to appropriate healthcare professionals in line with company policies.
  • Meet sales objectives by educating physicians and office personnel on product acquisition, payer policy, and reimbursement processes.
  • Analyze reports, facts, and data to plan and execute territory activities that support quarterly and annual goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the territory, including care delivery, major payers, regulatory environment, industry trends, competition, and reimbursement patterns.
  • Communicate disease state and product information in a compliant manner consistent with FDA-approved labeling and the REMS program.
  • Prepare for customer calls, uncover needs, present approved solutions, address concerns, and complete post-call analysis and next steps.
  • Manage and support accounts by ensuring product access and triaging reimbursement issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with Braeburn policies, code of conduct, and ethical standards while controlling operational expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree is a plus.
  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience and/or field market access experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or device industries.
  • Proven sales or field market access performance, as shown by market performance reports and recognition awards.
  • Ability to work autonomously and identify new business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally, with some territories requiring overnight travel up to 50-70%.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • Strong accountability, adaptability, business acumen, judgment, collaboration, problem-solving, and integrity are desired.
  • Strong ethical behavior, attention to detail, learning agility, and emotional intelligence are emphasized.
  • Ability to support healthcare provider offices with coding, billing, and submissions across payer environments.
