Description

  • Achieve assigned Braeburn goals, patient access objectives, and other performance measures for the territory.
  • Deliver compliant clinical and access-related product information to healthcare professionals and office personnel.
  • Review and interpret reports, facts, and territory data to plan and execute quarterly and annual activities.
  • Develop expertise in the assigned territory, including care delivery, major payers, regulatory requirements, industry trends, and reimbursement patterns.
  • Communicate product and disease-state information in line with FDA-approved labeling and the REMS program.
  • Engage account personnel before and after sales calls to uncover needs, present approved solutions, and define next steps.
  • Manage accounts by supporting product access and triaging reimbursement issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Braeburn partners to support customer and patient needs.
  • Develop ongoing customer dialogue to anticipate changing needs, market challenges, and opportunities.
  • Exercise fiscal control over operational expenses while maintaining integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; an advanced business degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience is required.
  • At least 3 years of sales and/or field market access experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or device industries is required.
  • Experience in specialty pharmacy markets, supported by performance reports or recognition awards, is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments is required.
  • Proven product launch experience in a highly complex and competitive environment is required.
  • Experience selling specialty physician-administered products, such as implantable or injectable medication technologies, is required.
  • Experience within a complex distribution model, including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution, is required.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing is required.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally, including overnight travel up to 50–70% in some territories, is required.
