Description

  • Achieve planned business goals, patient access objectives, and other performance measures for the assigned geography.
  • Review and interpret reports, data, and market information to plan and execute territory activities that support quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned territory, including delivery of care, major payers, reimbursement patterns, regulatory conditions, and emerging competition.
  • Educate physicians and office personnel on product access information using internally approved materials.
  • Provide clinically and commercially compliant product information aligned with FDA-approved labeling and the REMS program.
  • Manage accounts by supporting product access and triaging reimbursement issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Braeburn partners to support customer and patient needs.
  • Maintain ongoing customer dialogue to anticipate needs and adapt to market challenges and opportunities.
  • Exercise sound judgment while ensuring integrity and compliance with Braeburn policies and the Code of Conduct.
  • Control operational expenses within fiscal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience required.
  • At least 3 years of sales and/or field market access experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or device industries.
  • Experience in specialty pharmacy markets with proven sales or market access performance, supported by performance reports or recognition awards.
  • In-depth understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments.
  • Proven product launch experience in a highly complicated and competitive environment.
  • Experience selling specialty products, particularly physician-administered implantable or injectable medication technologies in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work autonomously and identify new business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally, including overnight travel up to 50-70% in some territories.
  • Experience in a start-up environment preferred.
