Description

  • Oversee, grow, and expand a portfolio of key strategic diversified accounts totaling $8-15MM in revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary liaison with executive leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Understand each client’s brand, business, long-term goals, and key objectives.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to create customer experiences that drive business results.
  • Guide cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion.
  • Promote Bounteous’ integrated solutions and identify additional capabilities to expand scope and build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with practice and competency leaders to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans that identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen enterprise-wide relationships.
  • Oversee new Statement of Work kickoffs and customer onboarding with finance, legal, design, and development stakeholders.
  • Partner with Program Delivery to ensure work is delivered to client satisfaction and revenue forecasts are accurate in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account leadership experience as a client partner, client service executive, engagement lead, and/or account manager.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services and/or consulting.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the U.S. B2B sector, including industrial, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, agriculture, transportation, and/or automotive, either client-side or as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience with the U.S. financial services sector, including banking, wealth management, insurance, and fintech, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success growing portfolios and expanding client accounts strategically.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically about business, customer experience, and technical challenges.
  • Experience managing multiple clients in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience leading in a matrixed organization.
  • Prior people management or mentorship experience.
  • Experience working with a global delivery team.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel and work on-site with clients up to 60% of the time.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time work arrangement.
  • Salary range of $136,000 to $182,000 per year.
  • Compensation determined by experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs.
