Description

  • Lead day-to-day delivery for Save Orchestration workstreams, ensuring consistent progress against roadmap and stakeholder expectations.
  • Own detailed story creation across platform, engineering, and PEGA teams.
  • Develop, document, and manage end-to-end workflows that reflect approved Save strategies and motions.
  • Act as the executional bridge between the CRM team and PEGA/Engineering teams, translating save motion strategy into user stories.
  • Support configuration and optimization of PEGA decisioning flows to reflect segmentation, treatment logic, and dynamic offer capabilities.
  • Collaborate with PEGA architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure logic meets business intent and is tested appropriately.
  • Conduct QA alignment and hands-on production testing to validate implementations.
  • Maintain clear, structured documentation for stories, flows, and logic maps and provide weekly updates, sprint reviews, and cross-functional demos.
  • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members or partners.
  • Promote and enforce information security practices and integrate data protection measures across the information lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience working on retention-related programs or Save Orchestration initiatives.
  • Experience with PEGA configuration and decisioning flows.
  • Experience with CRM integration and translating strategy into user stories.
  • Proven ability to create detailed user stories and end-to-end workflows for platform and engineering teams.
  • Experience collaborating with architects, developers, and QA and supporting QA/testing efforts.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Knowledge of information security practices including acceptable use, malware protection, and password security protocols.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and project planning skills.
  • Ability to support onboarding and knowledge transfer to new team members or partners.

Benefits

  • $70,000 - $75,000 a year salary range.
  • Full-time remote work (remote-first).
