Description

  • Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to define technical solutions for customer use cases and requirements.
  • Design winning solutions that help Xage accelerate customer acquisition and achieve sales goals.
  • Create and present technical and business proposals, including solution architecture, use case descriptions, and deployment schedules.
  • Identify product gaps and work with product management and engineering to address them through internal R&D and external partnerships.
  • Develop secure network architectures that integrate IT and OT environments using internal and third-party technologies as needed.
  • Support customer and partner engagements with high-quality product demonstrations for technical and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence solution direction and address customer challenges.
  • Build technology solutions and system integration partnerships in industrial verticals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or another technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or network security solutions.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hands-on technical roles.
  • Senior technical field role experience preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise in networking solutions, industrial control systems, or cybersecurity solutions such as identity and access management.
  • Deep understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols.
  • Expertise in network segmentation and micro-segmentation.
  • Experience designing secure and scalable network architectures that integrate IT and OT environments.
  • Demonstrated success creating proposals and solutions that result in customer wins and exceeded sales goals.
  • Experience working with utility, oil and gas, renewable energy, and/or transportation operations preferred.
  • Experience forming technology solutions and system integration partnerships in industrial verticals.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work calls or meetings during non-standard hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including strong presentation and demo skills.
  • High degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
