Description

  • Define and execute the analytics platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, and capabilities.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise data and analytics platforms.
  • Integrate data across digital, customer, marketing, and enterprise systems.
  • Establish standards for data architecture, governance, security, quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and business teams to define analytics solutions.
  • Lead digital analytics, customer analytics, reporting, and visualization capabilities.
  • Evaluate analytics technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches.
  • Drive adoption of cloud-based analytics and modern data architecture practices.
  • Manage platform performance, reliability, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvements.
  • Mentor technical teams and communicate platform strategy and outcomes to senior leaders and clients.
  • Promote information security practices and assess risks to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
  • Ensure data privacy, protection, and lifecycle controls comply with standards such as GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in data, analytics, digital analytics, or analytics platform engineering, including leadership experience.
  • Expertise in enterprise analytics platform architecture and strategy.
  • Experience with cloud data and analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, data modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures.
  • Experience with digital or customer analytics platforms and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, quality, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience leading large-scale analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to evaluate data storage, processing, transmission, and privacy protection practices.
  • Eligible candidates may qualify for employment visa sponsorship.
