Description

  • Develop and configure Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Configure and customize dashboards, reports, templates, and workflows in Workfront.
  • Document Workfront architecture and configurations for client design documents.
  • Implement automation rules and processes in Workfront Fusion to improve project management and resource allocation.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and identify process improvements.
  • Identify enhancements and new functionalities that can improve client Workfront instances.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
  • Provide quality assurance for configurations and implementations.
  • Develop and deliver Workfront training with clients and internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams and provide ongoing technical support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Workfront design and system integrations using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.
  • Workfront Core Developer certification or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement workflow automation.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with experience resolving configuration issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience driving user adoption through training and support.
  • Experience with information security and data privacy practices, including GDPR and CCPA, is preferred.
