Description

  • Own post-sale client relationships and serve as the primary delivery accountability owner.
  • Translate client goals and statements of work into delivery plans, milestones, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, change control, deliverable acceptance, and formal client sign-off.
  • Identify and resolve risks, delays, blockers, and delivery tradeoffs proactively.
  • Coordinate engineering priorities and maintain execution momentum.
  • Partner with Principal Engineers on estimation, sequencing, feasibility, and technical constraints.
  • Translate technical tradeoffs into clear client decisions regarding scope, priorities, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project health, utilization, financial performance, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain client-facing documentation and improve delivery practices, reporting, escalation, and handoffs.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of blockchain or AI systems and the ability to translate technical tradeoffs into client decisions.
  • Experience owning complex software or services engagements end to end, ideally in fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Ability to partner credibly with Principal Engineers on estimation, sequencing, and feasibility without owning technical architecture.
  • Experience converting statements of work and client goals into clear plans, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Strong command of scope, timeline, budget, and change control.
  • Proven ability to identify risks early and drive them to resolution.
  • Experience coordinating engineering teams, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum.
  • Confidence working with senior and C-level client stakeholders and earning their trust.
  • Experience developing delivery practices such as reporting, escalation, and handoffs.
  • Commercial awareness of utilization, margins, financial health, and account growth.
  • Clear, precise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
