Description

  • Design and implement classes, interfaces, and methods for a document IDE in C#.
  • Refactor existing code to improve extensibility and maintainability.
  • Write unit tests and develop effective algorithms.
  • Review code written by other team members.
  • Contribute to overall architecture design and technical tool selection.
  • Interview users to understand workflows, pain points, and feature details.
  • Propose innovative but feasible ideas for new product features.
  • Improve performance areas such as partial/full analysis, synchronization, and highlighting efficiency.
  • Help build a psychologically safe team environment and, depending on fit, support prioritization, hiring, and mentoring.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of C# development experience in a corporate environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience developing a user-facing product.
  • Experience using GitHub for team development and code review.
  • Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Interest in building novel document editors.
  • Previous startup experience is preferred.
  • Fluent Korean communication is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to contribute to a psychologically safe and inclusive environment.
  • Understanding of both user needs and technical tradeoffs is preferred.
