Description

  • Act as an operational co-pilot to cross-functional leadership across Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Own end-user support, process improvements, and platform adoption across the Salesforce tech stack and ecosystem.
  • Turn ambiguous business requests into structured scope, clear documentation, and actionable next steps.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline key workflows.
  • Champion strict data governance to maintain system integrity.
  • Leverage Salesforce best practices across multiple clouds to maximize platform capabilities.
  • Prepare for and contribute to engineering refinement and estimation sessions.
  • Address detailed technical and process questions during discussions.
  • Drive high-autonomy, hands-on solutions that deliver positive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven track record of independently producing user stories, requirements, scope documentation, and assumptions logs.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Active Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce AI.
  • Strong capability to translate business needs into technical solution designs.
  • Deep understanding of systems and automation across end-to-end business processes.
  • Fluent, independent proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets).
  • Strong creative problem-solving, time management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce is preferred.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, and/or Agentforce Consultant certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to align Salesforce configurations with long-term business goals.
  • Ability to move work forward independently, prioritize effectively, and escalate blockers when needed.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and maintain stakeholder alignment.
