Description

  • Represent Booksy as the face of the company in the Downtown Austin region.
  • Expand Booksy’s presence and grow its footprint among local small businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong face-to-face relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients and pursue new business through cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach.
  • Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Conduct demos and educate clients on the app’s features and business value.
  • Support clients in adopting the platform and realizing long-term success.
  • Act as an ambassador for Booksy’s values and vision within the beauty industry.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of prior door-to-door field sales experience preferred.
  • Candidates must be located in Austin, TX.
  • Candidates must have access to a vehicle to drive to client locations.
  • Results-driven attitude with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the beauty industry preferred but not required.
  • Experience selling technology/SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Experience working with small business clients is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce to organize the sales process and manage a pipeline.

Benefits

  • $50,000–$65,000 base salary plus uncapped variable compensation of $36,000+.
