Description

  • Ensure new B2B clients secure initial bookings within the first 30 days and achieve successful account activation.
  • Deliver training sessions and product walkthroughs to new clients following the sale to set up Booksy accounts according to their business needs.
  • Provide regular follow-up and hands-on support throughout the first month of subscription to resolve issues and drive adoption.
  • Proactively reach out to new providers via phone, email, and WhatsApp and execute a call/contact strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, anticipate challenges, address objections, and clearly demonstrate the value of the platform.
  • Offer expert-level guidance on application functionality and recommend configurations or workflows tailored to client needs.
  • Own activation milestones, track progress, escalate blockers, and collaborate with internal teams to remove adoption obstacles.

Requirements

  • Experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, Sales, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Proven experience proactively engaging customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to drive activation milestones.
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, and verbal communication skills; customer-oriented mindset.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to respond quickly to customer needs while managing multiple accounts.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong ownership, commitment, and ability to work as a team player.
  • Ability to deliver expert-level product guidance, troubleshoot issues, and provide creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is an asset.
  • Experience supporting US-market B2B clients or availability to support US-based customers; this is a non-exempt (hourly) role.
