Description

  • Process monthly inventory and non-inventory invoices accurately and on time.
  • Ensure invoices are properly coded, documented, and approved according to company policies.
  • Perform 3-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and payment issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and AP-related reporting.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping activities as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in system and process enhancements and assist with ad-hoc projects.
  • Support internal and external audits while handling sensitive financial information confidentially.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field at minimum.
  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of invoice processing and 3-way matching.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, with NetSuite preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable following established procedures and applying company policies to daily work.
