Description

  • Manage the product and engineering roadmap to align delivery with client objectives and business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Lead client relationships and serve as the technical point of contact for US-based stakeholders.
  • Assess and communicate the technical complexity of Jira tickets to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery.
  • Lead discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks.
  • Run Agile ceremonies using Scrum or Kanban and maintain a high-performance delivery cadence.
  • Coordinate the development team toward successful outcomes and timely project delivery.

Requirements

  • Software engineering background, such as former Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or System Analyst, with a strong understanding of code development, API integration, and sprint dynamics.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including mobile, web, or backend.
  • Experience translating business requirements into actionable work items for software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing client relationships in a delivery or implementation context.
  • Experience leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks.
  • Experience leading the full software development lifecycle from requirements through delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and API structures such as REST or GraphQL.
  • Agile project delivery experience, including running Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and maintaining a high-performance cadence.
  • Fluent C1 English proficiency for communication with US clients.
  • Ability to work during 8:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time (ET).
  • Familiarity with Flutter/Dart is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM integration workflows, such as LLMs or MCP, is preferred.
