Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level customer engagements and coordinate all project workstreams.
  • Lead project planning, requirements gathering, timeline management, and delivery governance.
  • Align cross-functional teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders on milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
  • Manage critical path activities and guide projects through go-live readiness, cutover, migration, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide consultative guidance on decisions and best-practice solutions.
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement validation efforts to support business objectives.
  • Communicate status, risks, and progress through executive summaries, reports, and stakeholder updates.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, QA, and integration teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process, methodology, and governance improvements.
  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8–10 years of experience managing customer-facing, enterprise-level technology projects.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-system implementations in SaaS, CX, cloud, or CRM environments.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence customers and navigate ambiguity.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, executive-level, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, integration patterns, and cloud technologies.
  • Advanced skills in risk management, issue resolution, resource planning, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to make sound independent decisions while managing multiple simultaneous priorities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience in contact center technology, call recording, telephony, or CX platforms preferred.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional delivery teams preferred.
