Description

  • Lead a diverse squad of engineering professionals.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Plan and coordinate task distribution, responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust allocations as needed to keep work on schedule.
  • Communicate requirements, feedback, deadlines, and scope changes clearly between clients and the team.
  • Run team meetings to align tasks, discuss progress, and resolve blockers.
  • Manage project priorities, resources, deliverables, timeline, and budget.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and other departments to align expectations and share status updates.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational issues during project execution.
  • Review and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Experience planning, organizing, and managing projects.
  • Ability to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Agile methodology knowledge is a plus.
