Description

  • Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term SEO strategy with the SEO lead and other business stakeholders.
  • Implement SEO optimizations independently based on the established strategy.
  • Manage SEO tasks end to end, including creating tickets and following up on progress.
  • Monitor and report on site performance to identify opportunities to grow traffic and sales.
  • Work closely with Product, Design/UX, Content, Engineering, and other teams on shared SEO and go-to-market projects.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis of SEO landing pages and performance to identify opportunities.
  • Perform regular internal SEO audits and checks to ensure pages meet Google best practices and internal standards.
  • Create and optimize SEO, UX, and content for portals and products.
  • Own SEO traffic and revenue goals and track progress against monthly and yearly targets.
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends and practices.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, technical, and content strategy.
  • Fluent English at C1 level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Google Search Console to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to ask the right questions early and avoid blockers.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Content.
  • Focus on business goals over trends, hacks, and side projects.
  • Ability to react quickly to setbacks and develop and deploy a new strategy fast.
  • Experience in coding, statistics, and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Background in product management, technical SEO, A/B testing, or content marketing is preferred.
