Description

  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development through go-to-market execution and continuous improvement.
  • Define the B2B product roadmap across the native platform and HR tech integrations.
  • Conduct discovery with internal teams, customers, and HR partners to validate problems and identify opportunities.
  • Optimize onboarding, customer touchpoints, and integration/partner strategies to improve adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead a cross-functional agile squad with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver features at speed and scale.
  • Write product epics and requirements and maintain a prioritization framework based on business impact, feasibility, and user value.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy in partnership with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
  • Design and run experimentation programs to validate hypotheses and improve KPI performance.
  • Report product performance, roadmap progress, and key risks or dependencies to leadership.
  • Identify new product opportunities by tracking market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years in B2B HR technology, sourcing, or enterprise SaaS (preferred).
  • Proven experience leading high-impact initiatives across complex ecosystems and shipping major products at scale.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize data, customer feedback, user research, and market intelligence.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, product development tools such as Jira, Figma, Looker, and Mixpanel, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance rapid execution, customer impact, and long-term innovation.
  • High-agency operator who can turn ambiguous goals into concrete plans and make progress independently.
  • Ability to gather context from customers, sales, support, analytics, and engineering and convert it into clear priorities and requirements.
  • Strong bias to action and experience shipping first versions quickly, measuring results, and iterating based on customer usage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including direct engagement with senior leadership, customers, and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field (preferred).
  • Experience working remotely and leading globally distributed teams across multiple time zones (preferred).
  • Familiarity with privacy, accessibility, and security considerations for enterprise products (preferred).
