Description

  • Own marketing’s contribution to new business and expansion pipeline across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Partner with Sales to align campaigns and GTM efforts across customer segments.
  • Lead demand generation and growth strategy across paid digital channels and broader distribution.
  • Build and scale lifecycle marketing and account-based marketing programs to support retention, upsells, and cross-sell engagement.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into multi-channel campaigns and integrate product priorities into pipeline generation.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to define funnel metrics, attribution models, and performance measurement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and guide future GTM investment decisions.
  • Mentor and lead a team across Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, CRM/Lifecycle, and Marketing Operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in high-growth SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplace environments.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, and lifecycle/CRM marketing.
  • Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and the interplay between B2B and B2C.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue drivers and business economics.
  • Proven ability to align Product Marketing and Sales organizations toward shared outcomes.
  • Data-first mindset with experience using data to optimize performance in a test-and-learn environment.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and turn strategy into measurable business impact.
  • Background in online recruiting, job marketplaces, or HR tech is preferred.
  • Experience evolving an organization from lead-gen focus to a pipeline-focused performance engine is preferred.
  • Experience in post-acquisition/integration environments or global, multi-region businesses is preferred.
