Description

Design and execute the internal communications strategy for 900 employees across all business units.
Lead communications for the partial sale process, including messaging, timing, channels, and uncertainty management.
Create and maintain internal communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, and all-hands meetings.
Manage corporate communications with media, external stakeholders, and institutions to protect a consistent Group image.
Oversee press releases, corporate announcements, and investor- or stakeholder-facing materials related to the sale process.
Monitor and manage Leadtech Group’s online and offline reputation using social listening and monitoring tools.
Design and implement the corporate crisis communications plan, including protocols, key messages, spokespersons, and response timelines.
Develop and execute differentiated employer branding strategies for each Group brand.
Lead the Group’s corporate and brand social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Lead and develop the Communications team, setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Corporate Communications or Communication Management is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Experience in technology companies, scale-ups, or multi-brand organizations.
Proven experience communicating M&A processes, restructurings, IPOs, or major organizational transformations is highly desirable.
Experience working with employee representative bodies or Works Councils is highly desirable.
Outstanding written communication skills in Spanish and English, with minimum C1 level in both languages.
Strategic mindset with strong operational execution and a player-coach approach.
High emotional intelligence and strong executive stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing communication crises and using social media management and communications analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Mention, or similar.
