Description

  • Answer inbound technical support phone calls from customers.
  • Respond to customer support emails.
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to Bluesight products.
  • Analyze application data and verify resolution accuracy.
  • Resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction and confidence.
  • Complete IT questionnaires and assessments for hospital IT and pharmacy teams.
  • Work with hospital IT and pharmacy teams to ensure software meets their standards.
  • Participate in occasional overnight on-call rotation coverage.
  • Handle other assigned technical projects and duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience administering and/or troubleshooting SaaS applications, systems, and networks.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience working with data sets to analyze issues.
  • Experience with database systems and querying, with MongoDB preferred.
  • CISSP, A+, Security+, CISM, Net+, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional and polite demeanor.
  • Knowledge and experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Must be open to remote work within the continental United States.
