Description

  • Conduct on-site commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, fault analysis, and installation supervision for legacy and retrofit equipment.
  • Prepare RAMS, site visit reports, and timesheets for client submission.
  • Start up and maintain combustion products and systems, including flare systems, flare gas recovery, burners, thermal oxidizers, and vapour recovery systems.
  • Identify opportunities for additional aftermarket spares and site service support during service visits.
  • Supervise turnaround and outage contracts on site.
  • Deliver training to end-user personnel in classroom and on-site settings.
  • Adhere to company and customer health and safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
  • Build strong local relationships with end users while supporting customers on site.

Requirements

  • Multi-skilled technical background with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and PLC control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
  • Previous experience in combustion within the oil, gas, or petrochemical industries is advantageous.
  • Native Dutch language ability and fluent English are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, potentially over 200 days per year for 1-2 weeks at a time.
  • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and offshore environments, with a strong commitment to safety.
  • Time served working away from home is desirable.
  • Flexibility to travel.
