Description

  • Deliver customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Identify, analyse, and resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact and build strong customer relationships.
  • Accurately log and manage customer interactions, cases, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support, sales, and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Track customer feedback trends and share insights with team leaders and quality assurance teams.
  • Follow internal processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to support team success.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written.
  • A valid EU passport is mandatory.
  • Good working knowledge of English for internal communication and documentation.
  • Previous experience in customer support, client relations, or a similar customer-facing role is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, standard office software, and CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Positive, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced support environment.
