Description

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of content initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project plans, track risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of content workstreams.
  • Manage planning meetings, standups, launch readiness reviews, intake requests, and prioritized content backlogs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define content requirements, messaging, audience targeting, scope, ownership, and outcomes.
  • Support the development and refinement of blogs, executive communications, internal posts, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate communications, marketing, product, legal, leadership, and other stakeholders through reviews and approvals.
  • Track engagement, reach, adoption, and other performance metrics; build dashboards and recommend improvements.
  • Create executive-ready updates, summaries, and one-pagers while maintaining collaboration tools and repositories.
  • Manage external writers, designers, and agencies through briefs, deliverables, and quality reviews.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations roles.
  • Experience managing content, communications, or marketing-related programs.
  • Strong skills in planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, risk management, and delivery execution.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level summaries.
  • Experience across the content lifecycle, including planning, creation, review, publishing, and distribution.
  • Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with enterprise organizations, content strategy, editorial planning, customer experience, or thought leadership initiatives preferred.
  • Experience with editorial calendars, content pipelines, content amplification, SharePoint, Teams, content management systems, or similar platforms preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
