Description

  • Own and execute the organic social media calendar across active platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Support on-page SEO work including metadata, internal linking, content briefs, and keyword tracking.
  • Brief and coordinate content production with the freelance writer.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot as the team’s CRM, including basic marketing automations, lead nurture sequences, social publishing, and tracking.
  • Support landing page creation and coordinate A/B tests with the UX/UI designer.
  • Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms.
  • Coordinate asset requests with the UX/UI designer for social, email, and ad creatives.
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and collaborate with the UX/UI designer, freelance content writer, and part-time media buyer.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or growth role.
  • Proven experience managing organic social channels, including content calendars, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing, including segmentation, automation flows, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and meta tags.
  • An analytical mindset with comfort reading dashboards and making data-informed decisions.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to brief, edit, and QA copy.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or an equivalent CRM/marketing platform is preferred.
  • Comfortable setting up basic automations in tools such as HubSpot workflows, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of paid media concepts, including briefing a media buyer and reading ad reports, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Asana, or similar project management tools is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a startup or early-stage team is preferred.
