Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media services within a book of business.
  • Lead performance marketing strategy across marquee and enterprise-level accounts to meet client goals.
  • Execute and optimize paid media plans, including campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and turn findings into actionable recommendations and plans.
  • Serve as a strategic leader for account teams and act as a point of escalation for guidance and performance issues.
  • Support and develop teammates through coaching, training materials, and presentation delivery.
  • Identify department-wide knowledge gaps and partner with leadership on training, process improvements, and solutions.
  • Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Use AI tools, outsource resources, and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve workflows and business processes.
  • Support leadership in owning and improving one core pillar of the department’s business.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.
  • Experience managing campaigns on large, enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional campaign types.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Advanced English proficiency in spoken and written communication is required.
  • Strong understanding of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel.
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story beyond the numbers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and independently, and interest in a long-term role with a growing company.
