Description

  • Drive partner-sourced new logo sales through focused resellers and MSPs.
  • Support the BlueCat sales team by coordinating partner co-sell activity across opportunities.
  • Grow qualified deal registrations through account mapping, enablement, and partner field marketing events.
  • Build and execute strategic growth plans for mid-market and enterprise partners.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with partners, including executive-level relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal BlueCat teams to support partner growth and overall success.
  • Deliver partner enablement on product, technical, sales, and marketing best practices.
  • Create and manage growth plans and quarterly business reviews for assigned partners.
  • Provide leadership with insights into partner pipeline, deal registrations, and open opportunities.
  • Align closely with regional sales leaders, technical resources, and partner stakeholders to meet quarterly quotas and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of channel experience in enterprise software or technology networking/security.
  • Prior experience in a 2-tier reseller model is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with Cisco partners is preferred.
  • Experience selling and partnering in mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Proven forecasting skills and ability to exceed quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate work to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in pipeline development, territory planning, and strategic partner management.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • 50% travel is expected within the assigned region.
  • Must reside in the East Region of the U.S., specifically Tampa, FL or Atlanta, and be within 1 hour of a major airport.
