Description

  • Lead consultative technical discovery sessions on infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, operational automation, and resiliency.
  • Advise enterprise customers on modern DDI architectures across hybrid, multi-cloud, and distributed environments.
  • Guide customers in modernizing legacy network services into API-driven, automated infrastructure platforms.
  • Recommend best practices for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, security integrations, automation, and orchestration.
  • Lead proof-of-value engagements focused on automation outcomes, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and resiliency.
  • Design and position integrated solutions using BlueCat technologies with cloud, security, orchestration, and integration platforms.
  • Support customers with Infrastructure-as-Code strategies, automation frameworks, and API-driven integrations.
  • Deliver technical workshops, executive presentations, and architecture reviews for technical and business audiences.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to support evaluation, deployment, adoption, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to share customer feedback and influence product direction.
  • Manage technical engagement activity and opportunity updates in Salesforce and collaboration platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, infrastructure engineering, network engineering, systems engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing architecture roles.
  • Experience designing enterprise infrastructure solutions for networking, cloud, security, automation, or systems integration environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network infrastructure operations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management platforms.
  • Experience with API-driven infrastructure and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and orchestration technologies.
  • Experience with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX platforms, systems administration, scripting, automation, and systems integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted operations, infrastructure intelligence, operational analytics, and automation workflows is highly valued.
  • Experience integrating infrastructure platforms with cloud providers, security tools, orchestration platforms, or IT operations ecosystems is preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a remote-first environment with moderate travel for strategic customer engagements and industry events.
