Description

  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, modernization priorities, cloud initiatives, and business objectives.
  • Advise customers on network observability, telemetry strategy, AI-assisted operations, and infrastructure intelligence across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Conduct executive and technical workshops that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes, operational efficiency, resiliency, and ROI.
  • Lead proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate troubleshooting improvements, reduced downtime, and automation outcomes.
  • Guide customers through technical evaluations, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and long-term success activities.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with technical teams, operations leaders, architects, executive stakeholders, and channel partners.
  • Architect and position observability and infrastructure intelligence solutions aligned to customer environments and strategic priorities.
  • Design integrated solutions spanning telemetry analytics, infrastructure automation, API-driven workflows, Infrastructure-as-Code, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to support customer outcomes and influence strategy.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and engagement updates in Salesforce and collaborate effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, network engineering, technical consulting, customer success engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, network operations, network security, infrastructure modernization, and observability architectures.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise environments across on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures.
  • Deep knowledge of routing and switching, network observability and monitoring platforms, telemetry technologies such as NetFlow, Flexible NetFlow (FNF), IPFIX, streaming telemetry, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with PCAP / Deep Traffic Analysis, QoS, application-aware networking, wireless networking, and network security concepts.
  • Experience with API-driven infrastructure and automation frameworks, Infrastructure-as-Code tools, orchestration platforms, or platform integration via APIs.
  • Experience with DHCP/DNS infrastructure components and enterprise architectures.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted operations, infrastructure intelligence, operational analytics, and automation-driven workflows is highly valued.
  • CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent networking expertise is a strong plus.
  • Experience working collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services organizations.
  • Comfort supporting customers in a remote-first model with moderate travel for strategic engagements and industry events.
