Description

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok aligned to client goals and business objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client strategy and maintain alignment, clarity, and accountability across deliverables.
  • Manage media buys, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, according to best practices.
  • Analyze funnel performance, customer acquisition costs, and blended ROAS to identify opportunities and guide testing.
  • Deliver weekly performance updates and bimonthly strategic reports with insights, trends, and growth recommendations.
  • Lead biweekly client calls to present findings, align on priorities, and maintain transparency and trust.
  • Partner with creative strategists and analysts to improve campaign efficiency and generate actionable data.
  • Identify A/B testing opportunities across creatives, audiences, and landing pages and brief the relevant teams.
  • Provide direct feedback to ensure creative and media buying work meets strategic standards and platform best practices.
  • Use Modern.AI to track paid media performance attribution and client business health.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment, focused on Meta or TikTok.
  • Experience managing $500K+ per month budgets across one or more paid media platforms.
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing strategy or account leadership role.
  • Proven ability to translate marketing data into strategic actions.
  • Strong understanding of the DTC landscape and customer acquisition best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • A testing mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience with Google Ads is included in the paid media scope (preferred).
